The Short Version (Plain English)
- What we collect: Basic request and security data generated when the site is delivered. We do not request sensitive data.
- Who we share with: Hosting providers and Google services used for fonts, consent management and advertising. We never sell your data.
- No advertising without consent: The AdSense loader remains blocked until Google Funding Choices reports the required consent.
- Analytics: No analytics platform is currently enabled.

- CCPA: California residents have additional rights — see Section 11.

2. Data We Collect and Why
2.1 Navigation Data
Automatically recorded when you visit aistackpro.it:
- IP address used to deliver and protect the request
- Browser type and version, operating system
- Requested URL, timestamp and referring URL where supplied
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in secure and reliable site delivery. Infrastructure providers apply their configured retention periods.
2.2 Analytics
No analytics platform is currently enabled. This policy and the consent implementation will be updated before any analytics service is activated.
2.3 Google AdSense
On selected editorial pages and only after the Google CMP reports the required consent, AdSense may serve non-personalised ads and perform delivery, fraud-prevention and measurement functions. Manage Google settings at adssettings.google.com.

2.4 Google Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which receive your IP address.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfer covered by SCCs.
2.5 Contact
Your email address and message are processed only when you contact us.
Legal basis: Taking steps at your request and legitimate interests in responding. Messages are retained only as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable obligations.

Site served over HTTPS. No financial or sensitive personal data collected. Reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place.
8. Children's Privacy
Not directed at children under 16. Contact contact@aistackpro.it if you believe a child has submitted data.
9. Links to Third-Party Sites
We link to software vendors, tool directories, and research sources. These sites have their own privacy policies.
10. TCF v2.2
Google Funding Choices is used as the CMP. It exposes the applicable TCF v2.2 and Consent Mode v2 decisions; AIStackPro does not replace those decisions with a separate local consent banner.
11. CCPA — California Consumer Privacy Rights
- Right to Know, Delete, Correct: As described in Section 2 and 5.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell data. Where AdSense activity may constitute "sharing", use the cookie settings link to change the Google CMP choice.
- Non-Discrimination: No discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.
